Blue Crush

Last night, we went to go see The Bourne Identity (which turned out to be pretty good), and while we were watching the previews... there was one movie called Blue Crush, which is a modern day GIRL surfer movie... and I noticed one thing about it. These seemingly "hardcore" surfer chicks were amazingly PALE for being such die-hard surfers. Why they didn't make the girls tan a little more before shooting the movie, I have no idea... but it really didn't seem fitting. I know not everyone easily turns golden tan in the sun...but at least try to make us believe that if you're white, and you spend that many days of your life at the beach surfing, you're eventually gonna get a little color... heck even a little sunburn would even be realistic. Hmmm.. who knows.. maybe the movie screen was too bright....... (yah right)
