I Love This Girl

Ever since I saw a local news story on this girl a few years ago, I've been totally blown away by her artistic talent. She was 16 when I first heard about her, and she lived in a nearby suburb called Allen, TX. Her name is Amanda Dunbar... and I believe she turns 20 this year.

She looks like your typical cute, everyday girl, but with an amazing gift of painting things that capture so much soul and meaning. When you look at her paintings, they take you there... wherever and whenever it is. I get such a peaceful feeling when I look at her work. Not much artwork does that to me.

Amanda seems to crank out these paintings like it's second nature for her. It must be so nice to be blessed like that. I wish I could find something to express myself like she does.
