For the past couple of weeks, I've been working a 6am - 4pm shift, and it's been so hard to keep my eyes open by the time 11a comes around. I go to bed around 10pm now and wake up at 4am (which is when I USED to be up), so it's a total change of sleep for me. At work, even when we're super busy... sometimes I just want to find a cozy corner somewhere and take a nap. Caffeine has been my best friend... and the only way I've been able to manage it. I'd really like to quit drinking caffenie, but right now, there's no way. I was able to manage fine without caffeine for the first month of the year, but that was because I had a more compatible work/sleep schedule. When will I be able to get used to this?
