Upgrade Upgrade Upgrade!

To those people who don't think you can afford to make a memory upgrade on your computer to play the new EQ expansion.. THINK again! Tonight we bought ourselves a 512 meg stick of PC133 RAM for a not-so-bad $59 at Fry's, with a 1 year warranty. $59 probably isn't THE lowest price for 512, but it is definitely a sign that RAM prices are still low... gosh.. remember when a 32 meg SIMM was like $100??

Fry's also had available copies of the expansion too.... so it was pretty much a one stop shop for our EQ needs. Back in May we built our "better" machine primarily from stuff we bought there... it still kicks butt.. and has plenty of room to expand.

I'm not sure what we're going to do with 768 megs of RAM right now, but I'm sure Verant can think of SOMETHING. :P
