Looks like Friday the 13th ended up being bad luck for me today, but only once so it's okay. Today, I was expecting to pick up a very big phat check from work and even got up early to get it... and we drove up there only to find out that corporate headquarters decided to mail those out. WHY?! It's going to take 2 days in US Mail to get here from a city that's only a 4 hour drive away. Arf... I was really looking forward to seein' all that cash money today. I'll just have to pray it shows up in the mailbox tomorrow before the bank closes. *crosses fingers*
