Last night we were stopped at a red light and heard a strange honk on the other side of the road. We looked over and there was a car right in front of a policecar and it started going. We thought maybe the policecar honked at the car in front of it so that it would go. Then after the car drove a few yards away, the cop suddenly turned on his emergency lights and sped up towards that car to pull it over. Perplexed for a moment, we realized that perhaps the cop was honking at the car because it ran the light. How retarded do you have to be to run a red light RIGHT in front of a cop?
