Everquest Lawsuit?
A nice chunk of Everquest players are filing a class action lawsuit against Sony Interactive over their virtual ownership rights. For me, this is a tough issue to side with. I can understand why some people get fed up with how the game is engineered to take so much time to get items that you would rather buy them online. However, I can see how it is wrong to be making money off of virtual property that isn't really yours to sell. In a way, it's like using pieces of a copyrighted song in a song that you create and selling it without paying anything extra for the parts of the song that weren't yours to begin with. *shrug*
