Do you ever wonder if your cats or dogs dream when they sleep? And if so, what do they dream about? I never really noticed until we got our little rat terrier Eddie. Sometimes, when he's actually not running around the house harassing other animals, he sleeps really deeply, and then after a while you start hearing him yelp and move his paws around like he's doing something. I assumed he was dreaming. According to some research done on the electrical activity in the brains of dogs during sleep, they do dream. What do they dream about? Most people say their dreams are a review of the day's events, or reliving exciting experiences. I think my dog dreams about chasing squirrels or causing ruckus. :) He's my little punk. =D
